Drinking water & supply
Wells, reservoirs and the distribution network continuously in view — from delivery head to turbidity at the reservoir outlet.
What we measure.
In water supply, gap-free monitoring of the whole chain matters: well level and delivery head at abstraction, pressure and flow in the distribution network, and the quality parameters at the works or reservoir outlet. Aquatos loggers read existing water meters via pulse-counter adapters and integrate flow and quality sensors over SDI-12/Modbus.
- Well level & delivery headearly warning on declining yield
- Pressure in the networkpressure-zone monitoring, leak indication
- Flowpulse counter for any common meter, MID via SDI-12/Modbus
- Turbidityoptical per ISO 7027 at the reservoir outlet
Methods & standards.
Turbidity at the works or reservoir outlet is relevant under TrinkwV § 14a; the distribution network follows DVGW W 400. Flow is captured via calibrated water meters (pulse output) or MID and balanced in the Sensormanager, e.g. for leak detection via volume reconciliation at handover points.
